I am the mother of 4 adult children 3 sons and 1 daughter. I have raised horses, german shepherds, and guine pigs. Born in Chile, I have lived in New York, California, Mexico, Massachusetts, Nevada and North Carolina. My passions are water sports, the outdoors and yoga. I actively do yoga, mountain hiking, skiing, biking, tennis, kayaking, sailing, swimming, snorkling, SCUBA, canoeing, camping and long walks any where. I am a Master Swimmer and also belong to the Carteret County Wild Life Club. I support the Coastal Federation. I believe in practicing Ecology and I try to live what I teach in exercise and nutrition. I believe in great diversity and respect all life and ways of living it.
